I li...I think we should call them No Name Potatoes. I like it. It's mysterious.<br /><br />And they taste just like giant french fries with a very creamy center. I love them and we should make them again soon.<br /><br />If anyone makes these be prepared for a lot of potato that gets trimmed off while making the columns.
